promotional appearances and junkets to Australia, E-Verse has been busy, but not so busy it can’t film a new episode. So we’re back! Our new episode takes a long hard look at the “best worst” song lyrics from 1980’s songs, some truly inspired homemade Star Wars costumes, and Alicia Stalling’s new poem “Pop Music.” We round it out with yet another list (you’re gonna love this one): top five montage sequences from 1980s movies. Surely you know the volleyball scene from Top Gun? The prom in Teen Wolf? And who could forget the training scenes from Rocky IV? But what makes #1?

You can watch the new episode in the viewer to the right. Enjoy!

Loved the Top 5 Bad 80s lyrics. Lynn nailed it with Jefferson Starship! Ernie- Nice to hear you read Singles Scene. This is definitely one of my favorite poems from your book.
