My good friend, the local rock star Kenn Kweder, has just released a DVD—a feature-length film by John Henderson, with archival footage of live performances from the past quarter century. He’s also playing at my wedding this Saturday. Click on the DVD cover below to watch the trailer.
Speaking of the wedding, yes, it’s true, Lynn and I are taking the plunge. The ceremony will take place at the Waterworks, below the Art Museum.
The reception will take place right there on boathouse row, at boathouse #12, the home of the University of Pennsylvania Athletic Club.
After, we’ll be flying off to the Greek Islands for ten days. Unfortunately, we’ll miss the poet A.E. Stallings, who lives in Athens but who will be on tour in North America at the time. We will visit Crete and Santorini, and we will be staying with a Swedish archaeological excavation on Poros (pictured below).
