Now that I have a book in the marketplace, I must admit I’m quite taken with the Amazon feature that displays what recent buyers have purchased in addition to mine. It’s not a terribly surprising list, but it’s worth a look.

Ambition and Survival: Becoming a Poet by Christian Wiman
Elegy: Poems by Mary Jo Bang
Gulf Music: Poems by Robert Pinsky
Ballistics: Poems by Billy Collins
After The First World by Christine Casson
Big-Eyed Afraid by Erica Dawson
Fire to Fire: New and Selected Poems by Mark Doty
Time and Materials: Poems 1997-2005 by Robert Hass
Watching the Spring Festival: Poems by Frank Bidart
Failure by Philip Schult
The Art of the Poetic Line by James Longenbach

Good company, I’d say!

What’s that? You say haven’t bought a copy of Sixty Sonnets yet? Yes, yes, I’m sure the town water tower fell on your trailer, and yes, yes, I know the FBI has been bugging you, but come on. What are you waiting for?
