The E-Verse Crew Picks its Favorite New Orleans’ Cocktails!

Ernie likes the Pisco Sour. He enjoyed quite a few of these in Peru, though the raw whipped egg whites may have contributed to the mad fever dreams that afflicted him in La Ciudad Blanca (“The White City”), beneath the snow-capped volcano El Misti, where he dreamed he saw saints riding bicycles across the ceiling.
Erica, Niamh, and Nina pick the Sazarac. Because they think they’re better than you.
Tom picks the French ’75, “my grandmother’s favorite drink!”
Theresa, Jennifer, and Ann pick the Margarita. They’ve been drinking them all day, so it’s the first thing that comes to mind.
Paul picks the Old-Fashioned. Because he’s a fuddy-duddy.
Kara picked the Lemon Drop, because guys always pay for them anyway.
Jessica the E-Verse Contessa picks a Cosmopolitan, but she says she would rather just have vodka “straight out of the bottle!”
