“Poetic Feet”

I encountered a fair number of surprising, amusing, and alarming creatures last week, but I was most charmed by two pairs of feet. Two very talented young ladies attended a party in my hotel room (along with a lot of other people!) and permitted me to photograph their poetic feet, which, as you will observe, are (from our view, of course) trochees on the right (their right) and iambs on the left. Whatever else you might think of metrics, you can’t beat this for pure fun. They sometimes would hop from foot to foot, as one might for the video game Dance Dance Revolution, and ask us to guess the poem based solely on a peculiar progression of poetic feet.
Can you guess who these feet these are? Whose feet these are I think I know . . .
